Misleading Product Description – Not just a Herbal Shampoo
I purchased this product because it was advertised as a "Shikakai & Hibiscus Shampoo" and the listing strongly emphasizes natural ingredients. However, after receiving the product and reading the ingredient list on the bottle, I found that it contains a long list of synthetic chemicals including Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES), Polydimethylsiloxane (silicone), DMDM Hydantoin, fragrance, EDTA, PEG compounds, colour additives, and others, along with the mentioned natural extracts. As a customer, I find the marketing misleading. The product name and description create the impression that this is predominantly a natural or herbal shampoo, whereas the actual formulation appears to be a conventional chemical shampoo with some herbal extracts added. If I had known the ingredient composition beforehand, I would not have purchased it. Manufacturers should be more transparent and avoid highlighting a few herbal extracts. Very disappointed with the product description and the overall buying experience. Otherwise, atleast the seller should make it returnable.
