Great price great panel
These panels are great. They are easy to customize and very affordable. If you order a custom panel like this, it will cost you a lot more money.

Works, but nut attachments seem fragile
I've gotten these twice so far. The hinge is convenient for access and updating what panels are in use. The type D cutouts are sized correctly and all assembly hardware has been included- though no actual rack screws, so you'll need to have some of those on hand. In short, it works, and all things are as they should be. The most recent one had a nut break from the front panel while I was tightening the screw of the hinge, so it wouldn't tighten unless I held the nut with a pair of pliers. Easy solution, but not great.

Functional
These come in 3 pieces. The 'ears' screw on and you can put the hinge on whichever side works best for your project. I added a bit of blue thread lock to the screws. Also, the holes are knockouts. Easy to knockout and can be left in so you only have holes where you want to put a connector.

Defective !!!
Looked very good , I thought. A simple design , can’t be messed up, right. Wrong the screws they supplied ( was happy they provided them) but upon closely examining the product. Turns out out of the 4 screws they gave me only two was of actual use. The othe 2 don’t fit , the holes are too big, or screws too small. very disappointed. Manufacturing error.

Nice project for me a mini control rack

I purchased this panel to make a custom I/O panel for my equipment rack. This panel needs to be reconfigured on the fly, and the hinge feature on this panel is perfect for doing that. The panel is well made from quality steel and the finish is very durable. I used my laser engraver to label my I/O jacks and it worked out rather well.
