Decent shelves but a little overpriced
Overall these are pretty good little shelves. There were a couple of small hardware issues. The cam screws one of them was bent. And one of the wooden dowels was cracked. One of the screw covers was broken. You get way more nails then you need to hammer the back piece to the shelf. I seem to recall someone complaining about there not being enough DVD storage in one of the reviews. There are two ways to deal with this. You can remove the second shelf giving you a total of four shelves with one large shelf or you can put the DVDs in sideways on the top shelves. My guess is the top two shelves if you put the DVDs in sideways hold about 10 DVDs each.I'm not using these shelves for DVD storage. I'm just using them for storage around my TV set.I also seem to recall somebody saying that these are cheap. Yeah they're cheap like IKEA furniture. Made out of particleboard that's coated just like IKEA furniture. It's very sturdy though and all sides are coated. You're not getting wood furniture at this price point.I will say this. My biggest complaint besides the broken hardware is that the company is probably charging double what the shelves are worth. My guess is they're doing that to offset some shipping costs but I'd expect to pay about $20 per shelf at Walmart for these. I really needed these specific shelves because they fit perfectly with what I'm trying to do but I would never have spent the money on them otherwise.I'll also give anyone advice who is putting these together to make sure you look carefully at the first instruction and make sure the cams are facing in the right direction otherwise The top of the shelves won't go in the way they're supposed to and you'll have to turn them with a screwdriver to get them in the right orientation. I missed that on the first shelf I assembled and had a hard time figuring out why the tops of the shelves weren't sitting flush. You also need a hammer and a Phillips screwdriver to complete assembly and you may need to hammer in the wooden dowels that connect the bottoms and tops to the sides of the shelves.Because of the broken cam that I had to manipulate with a pair pliers to get it to work properly, I had to hammer down one of the tops of the shelves to sit flush with the sides. If you have to do this for any reason make sure you put a folded washcloth or towel underneath so you don't damage the coating on the shelves.I'm including a photo of my set up. I'm basically creating a modular entertainment system one piece at a time.

Make it work
Bought used from Ammy warehouse and received unexpectedly missing all hardware. Made it work by buying 5mm shelf pegs and 8mm dowel pins. Staple gunned the backboard. The 1.5 inch dowel pins are a bit long for the top joint, so I just cut them down with my loppers. Glued all edges and used white gaffers tape underneath shelves to keep them from sliding. A little white acrylic paint for touchups and some felt furniture feet and it's good to go. I think it's still missing a screw on each side of the bottom, but as long as your dowels are snug and glued and you don't move it around often, there should not be a structural issue. Decent shelves. I think each one holds 12 dvds vertically on bottom 2 shelves and 8 dvds stacked horizontally on top 3 shelves for 48 dvds each unit and 96 combined.

They do look nice in my living room
its more of the "okay" level. But it gets the job done. Many of the corners were chipped and missing paint, but once the DVD's were in there you couldn't see it. Took approx 15 minutes to put both together. Instead of using the nails to attach the cardboard on the back I used a staple gun and it was much faster. They do look nice in my living room. If you looking for high end this is NOT for you. If you are looking to get your moneys worth and serve a purpose, these work great. Top 3 shelves DVD's have to be laid flat. Bottom 2 DVD's can stand straight up and down. I would buy again.

Not bad but not great
Easy assembly but the product came a bit scuffed up. It was also a bit wobbly after putting the bottom nubs on. Not the most aesthetically pleasing either with the screws being a goldish color. Compared to other towers, I can’t really complain much for $50 shipped. If you’re just looking for something to hold books, games, etc. then great this might be for you! If you’re looking for more of a decorative piece then I would search elsewhere.

Nice product but took almost a month to get all the parts to assemble it
The directions says that you need two people to put this together, I put this together myself. They are easy to assemble. My only complaint was that my box didn't contain the hardware required to put it together. So after having to wait the weekend out (they are only open Mon-Fri during normal business hours EST) since I got the product after closing hours on Friday, I called and got them to ship the hardware to me. So, the whole process took about 3-4 weeks from the time I ordered it until the time I had all the parts to put it together.

Great Price & Very Easy to Assemble
Great Price & Very Easy to Assemble. I set aside the morning to assemble the two CD/DVD Towers but it took only five minutes to finish both. The directions and photos are very clear and the separate packaging of the screws and pegs made it easy to get started. The towers are very sturdy but utilitarian. Think clean lines. The only thing I'd change is the backing - it's just thin cardboard.I contacted Nexera Customer Service because one part was missing. The representative was very helpful and friendly and promised to ship the part immediately. We had a nice chat about the company's location in Montreal which made me so homesick. Thanks for the great service and a great product.

Easy assembly; terrible quality
All 4 of the side pieces arrived cracked in at least one place. One had a gouge on the side as well. Assembly was relatively quick and easy, but I'm expecting them to fall apart any minute. Also, you may want to put a few of the shelves in as placeholders while you're putting the backing on - I just nailed it in place, but somehow the sides of the shelves were bowed in, and the whole thing was too narrow for the shelves to fit in. I had to take off the backing, push the sides out a little, and re-do.
