Perfect color match to same grout color
Product was a perfect choice to hide stains on my existing grout after water damage. Easy to apply using small foam brush and patience.

Product Awful
I passed return date. This product is not usable. It is solid. Cannot apply product. It should be able to spread but can not even get it out of the bottle. Believe product was actually expired. The plastic bag said good until 12-31-2025 but bottle looked like date of 12-20-2023.

Color Match a challenge
The product is great but the picture represents a slightly darker hue which when you finally apply it, this is a light taupe color.

Grout looks fantastic and is staying clean!
I’m so excited! I just mopped my floors, and for once, the grout didn’t get dirtier from mopping. My grout looks great and is back to being a light color again. I think I read that it can last up to 15 years. That’s so much better than sealing every year. Will update if anything changes.

Great product and easy to use. Little expensive but hoping it will hold up.
Great product for sealing grout with a uniform color. I have finished 2 rooms and one more to go. Make sure to clean grout prior to sealing. I used vinegar, rinsed thoroughly, then sealed. It so fr has been great!

Very messy
I ended up doing my entire bathroom with this product. I feel like it made my bathroom look better, however, the process was absolutely horrible. The product doesn’t go on smooth at all and is EXTREMELY messy. I noticed it was very tacky as well, come to find out it expired over a year ago before I even purchased the item. Don’t know if that’s why it was so tacky or not. It holds up OK but if you want to clean your tiles at all, which most people do, the grout colorant is going to come right off, especially if it’s in a bathroom that gets steamy. I definitely wouldn’t recommend you get this, unless if you’re okay with an extremely messy job. Grout Renew at Home Depot is much better. I used it on another bathroom and it was 100x easier and cleaner to apply.
