Should i buy the 8 cup or the 11 cup? what is the advantage of one over the other? thanks!

It depends how many people you are cooking for and the quantity of ingredients you are processing. I usually use my processor when cooking for 6 people or less, and the eight cup has always been more than sufficient to handle that quantity of ingredients. If you usually cook for a larger crowd, you may want the 11 cup bowl, but otherwise the 8 cup should be sufficient. You could always process in batches if you only occasionally require a larger bowl for processing.

Can i buy additional discs for this machine? french fry disc? whipping blade? citrus juicer?

Do the slices come out beveled or of equal thickness on the entire slice? Does this attachment otherwise work well?

I don’t use the dicer anymore. It’s a poor design requiring too mush work. To dice , I preslice my vegetables lengthwise and then feed them through the slicing blade.

I want to does this come with a case to hold the blades? From one of the reviews, her pictures show a case, but I don't see this listed specifically

Mine did not come with a blade case! Had to buy it separately.
