how many strands in a package?

Marketing info is misleading... need to buy two if you want both wheels lighted, one light strand per box.

We chose green for the front wheel and blue for the back wheel. These are the Seattle Seahawks colors and I installed them on my 13 year old grandson's bike. They are very bright and really show up at night. He really likes them.

Can the colors be seen in daylight?

No, not in daylight. At dusk and at night they are very bright, great for night riding in the city.
