Universal Slip on Modified Exhaust Mufflers with Silencers Compatible with Motorcycle Grom ATV Dirt Bike Street Bike Scooter Pipe Diameter 38mm-51mm Exhaust,Blue

I have a scooter with a 150cc GY6 engine and recently upgraded to a head with larger valves and ports. The header I built to match this uses a slip-on interface so I could easily change the muffler if it got damaged, destroyed, or annoying. Given this, I didn't want anything either too large or too expensive but still looked and sounded decent. This checks all of those boxes handily. I knew it wasn't real carbon fiber and was kinda worried it would look cheap. This doesn't until your are bending over to look at it in full sun or with a flashlight.. There is a pretty obvious "seam", it's a solid tube, where the transfer pattern doesn't line up. But, thankfully, this is facing the scooter when installed (on the right side in my case). I would call the welds neat and tidy, which is more than acceptable in this price range. Even the spring loop welds are nice, with 2 neat tacks under each side and another from the wire tips to the tube. The baffle fits great, with no rattles after it's mounted. The baffle also has a pretty drastic impact on the sound. It has a deep tone either way, but without it is much louder and there is some of that angry rasp that lots of sport bikes have. The only nit I can pick is that the bead roll on the tip is a bit rough, like it was done too fast or at the wrong temperature. But, again, it's only really noticeable when you get right up on it. If it were more than 50 bux I'd most likely give it 4 stars. But at anything under 50 I'd say it's a solid value and worthy of 5. If I did it all again, I'd most likely save a few more bux and go with one of the blue options. Stay safe, peeps.

This had to be the easiest slip on for the venom x22r 2026 it was 15 mins and she was on And the Sound Loud aggressive throaty it def lets ppl know your coming also come with a baffle just in case it’s tooo loud but overall I would recommend also good for the price carbon fiber was nice as well

It does appear to be stainless steel on the outer shell. I cannot get a magnet to stick to it. The quality of the welds and the rivets look pretty good. It is about the loudness. I expected it to be with and without the baffle I didn’t make it work on my Royal Enfield Himalayan 450. I had to do a little bit of custom work on the sleeve where it slid over and buy a muffler gasket and buy some muffler exhaust springs, and custom fabricate a hanger armbut it’s on there and it sounds good. Only time will tell if it holds up as far as the mounting.

If you are looking for a quiet muffler, this isn't it. This muffler is loud(!) and gives a Ninja 400 an aggressive snarl that other slip-ons I've bought can't match. It probably cuts the volume of going without any muffler by 33% and transforms the sound into a throaty "blat". It's close to obnoxious at full throttle but has a just muffled drum roll at idle. Downshifting and trailing throttle causes the exhaust to warble like it is wants to pop and backfire but doesn't. It's hard to describe properly. The chrome/blue finish was perfect when installed and it's still flawless after 6 months and a few thousand miles. The installation was easier than some due to the included installation springs being less stiff than those that come with other aftermarket mufflers. This is a great value and will give your bike a new voice that can't be ignored.

Fits on a 2019 Triumph Speed Triple RS perfectly! It was a bit large over the factory pipe but the factory exhaust rings help it fit perfectly! Was able to move it further back so it's not so close to the tire after this sound check video. Cars in the next neighborhood know I'm coming. Absolutely drones at highway speeds even with noise cancelling headphones. Did not install the decibel killer because it seems like it would choke the engine too much. Better than a $700+ brand name exhaust (for the pocket)

This slip on fit perfectly on my 2015 Yamaha R3. Looks awesome and sounds great. The price was wonderful too.
