worked great until it didn't less than 30 days and I had to pay shipping to return
we used this product 3 times with success and liked how it cooked our meat, however it didn't function the 4th time and I requested a return, was able to return within the 30 day window BUT I HAD TO PAY THE SHIPPING BACK TO THE COMPANY cost me $20.00 for a defective items within less than 30 days

Worked okay a few times
Worked okay a few times and then it quit maintaining its temperature.

My grandson said we just had to have this thing, so I bought it. I'm not at all impressed. We also bought the bags, andy grandson made a pork loin roast. He followed the app instructions, cooking it for about 9 hours, but it was very unevenly cooked. It was cooked in some places, pink in other places and somewhere in between everywhere else. He tried it again with a tri-tip, with the same exact results. And he followed the app instructions to a T. I wanted to make sous vide egg bites, but learned that you can't make them in this device. Not sure what all the hype is about, but I'm not a fan.

Does not work in Singapore
This machine does not seem to be compatible with the Singapore power supply only USA compatible - the one we ordered lasted a couple of minutes before it died
