Good for cooking great for growing corn
Bought them after discovering chulpe at my local Afro Peruvian restaurant and made some myself. They are fresh and delicious. I’m growing corn in my backyard with these! This is the cheapest seed I’ll ever buy!

Perfect!
I’m a huge fan of this corn. It goes perfect with Peruvian cebiche or alone just like a snack. This is not the classic corn, it’s the smaller version but it’s still yummy and crunchy. It takes about 10 - 15 mins to cook over high heat. Add oil, move constantly and do not let go the pot lid or it will pop in your face. Take it out of the pot as soon as it looks ready. Add salt and enjoy. Yum 😋

I love it
I call it "canchita", great for Peruvian ceviche and also as a plain snack. I let it soak in water over night and strain the water next day, put it on the airfried (f°400/ 20 minutes) and it's done.

Great tasting, good value too!
Delicious Chulpe when toasted brown in light oil or bacon grease in a hot frying pan. Add salt and maybe a little fried pork pieces and you will have a snack to brag about.

Love this stuff.
Was introduced to this by my Ecuadorian relatives. Addictive. Cooking is a tiny chore, but so worth it.

Worth it!
Not a fan of the small chulpe corn but there aren’t any stores that sell Peruvian products where I live. So I decided to buy this through amazon. Corn’s quality is 9/10. Not the cheapest but as a Peruvian, I recommend it.
