Liforme Travel Yoga Mat - Patented Alignment Design, Advanced Non-Slip Grip

I’m really Happy with my Yoga Mat. I do Hot Yoga 4 times a week. I love focus on having a good balance in yoga. And I noticed my progress since I have this yoga mat. Don’t get scared if the mat have some sweat marks after workout. In minimal 1 hour(normal temperature ) my mat get dry with the sweat,(I’m a person that sweats a lot, I do other sports, Judo, grappling, fight, etc. So is good!!, I use the special spray to keep maintaining Liforme Yoga mat. Ok, and I’m telling you, You'll never regret spending money on this Yoga mat. Is the best!!!, If you are looking forward to be more dedicated, good control,Support,grip. (You feel the difference), The travel size was perfect for me due I go to studio. I hope this can help out 👍 I share the picture after my hot yoga. But get dried quickly. Good mat! Rolls out flat . . . . looks great, and the carrying case is a very nice addition in transport. A little more padding would feel better when doing floor exercises, but if I weren’t as heavy as I am, that wouldn’t be an issue 🙂 (Getting the one with the graphics I liked was a little pricey!)

Love this mat. It is so durable and slip resistant. I use it every day. Adequate size. Pretty colour.... very pleased.

Second purchase of Liforme yoga mat. Always well packaged and remarkably comfortable material. If you’re dedicated to your practice—this is a fantastic company. Albeit, the material is rubber, it makes rolling up and placing in your cover more challenging. The weight is perfect and your feet are not going to slip!

I have been holding off on this purchase for awhile. I did my research and asked other yogis how they felt about their Liforme Mat. Now, I intended to buy the regular mat but accidentally purchased the travel mat. At first I was very disappointed. I have sore knees at times and the cushioning I believe helps. So, I was apprehensive about bringing it to my first class. I sweat a lot! Sometimes it looks like a waterfall lol. So, I was really hoping this mat would keep me in place with confidence. Now, I don't know if this takes a little breaking in but the grip was amazing for the first time. I had one slip due to improper placement of my hands on a bridge. Overall I felt confident with the grip and hope the mat gets only better over time. I did notice that with the travel mat my sweat would pool on top. It doesn't absorb the sweat as much as the standard mat. This is good and bad. Good is that it may not smell or need as much cleaning compared to the standard mat. Negative is that I needed to mop up the sweat before rolling up so as to not make a mess for my teacher to clean up. I'll try to update this review after a few months

Too thin, but very grippy. Love the grip, but may return due to it being as thin as it is, will try it out and see.

Excelent quality & fair price

I debated for 6 months on which mat to buy to replace my 3 year old Gaiam sol (purple mat in pic below). The alignment markers are what made me really want this mat. I was hesitant bc of the price, but my hubby purchased this for my birthday, and I'm so glad he did! I practice hot 2-3x week. Plus a normal temp power once weekly. I'm a gal who sweats more like a man. I refuse to use a mat towel (even the ones that stay in place). The grip is fantastic even when wet! I can push more effectively in dolphin. The mat soaks up sweat so well. This mat is super lightweight. Stores small bc of its thinness. If you need a little cushion in your mat, this isn't the one. The texture is similar rubbery feel to a lulu or Gaiam sol. Totally different from the Jade Harmony. If you're still reading, my only complaint would be the design of the zipper on the bag. I was excited it came with a bag. Previously, I used my strap to store my mat. But it's a little hard to get the mat out of the bag. I have to pinch the mat (see pic) to get it out. I'll keep using the mat and see if I get used to using the bag.

Wow, this brings my practice to a new level. I've been practicing yoga for 26 years and this is the best mat I've ever owned or used. It has excellent traction, the guide lines are great, it's also a beautiful mat to look at which I find helps with my practice at times. Proud to own this next level mat.

Excellent Mat; literally one of the best we’ve used. It’s comfortable to use, seems durable and extremely grippy which is perfect for hot yoga. Comes with a good quality carry case too.

I've been practicing Yoga for 10 yrs, had alot of diffrent quality matts threw the years. Not a doubt this is my best purchase! So slim, light weight yet staible matt. Recommend it from the bottom of my heart (and core☺️).
