My kids love it, but I bought this specific trampoline because it says it come with a basketball net, and it unfortunately did not! Can not find a way to contact customer service directly.

Great and sturdy just missing leg extenders

We purchased this trampoline for our daughter for Christmas. Needless to say we are very disappointed it showed up missing the leg extensions. It’s so short and low to the ground it is awkward. For the price we paid we are not happy

The very first step is to unscrew the screws. The screws are WAY TO TIGHT! it was a Christmas gift for kids and we stay upstate New York. The weather is finally breaking now and it’s my first time taking it out the box. And now the screws well not come off. Can not reach the seller or send it back for a refund! Someone help please. Either send new t connectors or refund the money!

Product arrived with directions to take bolts off, but they are screwed on so tight, you risk stripping them, plus it makes assembly a nightmare. Also arrived with missing pieces... Got this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Very disappointed and will be returning.

After one month’s use, all three support beams bowed inward, making the trampoline unusable. Replacement parts are “currently” unavailable, and possibly “never” available. More junk for the landfill.
