Mach3 Razor for Men, 1 Razor Handle + 1 Blade Refill

I tried the 5 blade units. This razor beats the other units hands down. The one thing I did was to remove the weight in the handle to keep it lighter and easier to handle.

Great razor

After, I don't know how long, I have decided to replace the handle of my Mach 3 razor. I literally don't know how long I've owned the original, but it probably goes back at least 17 years to a time before my first wife. To be honest, the thing was still it perfect working order, but it was beginning to build up corrosion on the sides (like a 100-year old barnacle) so I decided to get a new one. Also, it came with another blade which I can add to my original collection of 20 blades I purchased a year or so ago. With this handle and these blades, I should be good to go for shaving well into my retirement (I am 47 currently btw) as I have made an annual ritual of retiring my blades every year around my birthday (even though they are still perfectly good). I really don't understand how Gillete can still be in business with a product like this that seems to last forever.

I bought a Gillette handle and blades back in 2010. The handle lasted over 15 years til I needed a new one. I bought one here and the handle only lasted a few months before it stopped being able to latch onto the blade…so that’s annoying. I still like Gillette and got another new handle. Hopefully that was a rare defect or it’s that their quality is less than it was. I guess I’ll know eventually.
