Low quality, not safe
Low quality, feels like its going to snap.

Been using this for over a year. Great sturdy bar but I recently replaced it with supinated grip lat bars due to rotator cuff issues. No issues with this bar and the cushion grip at shoulder width is a plus.

Everything is sturdy and works properly -- the two cables, the carabiners, the loading pin, the chains, the two hanging straps, the straight tri-bar. Smooth, clean cable movement with light or heavy weights. I hang the two straps from a ceiling-mounted bar in my garage to do seated lat pulldowns (with a great 39 inch lat bar -- amazon.com/gp/product/B0BNMBFVW7). I sit on the ground and slide my legs under a loaded, slightly elevated deadlift barbell. Today I had 200 lbs on the loading pin, and the setup worked great. So smooth. I've been working out in my garage for about 7 years now with bare bones squat rack setup and barbells (just doing squats, deadlifts, and bench press), and I was considering joining a cheap gym (i hate gyms) just to access lat pulldowns, seated cable rows, tri pushdowns, cable flys, etc -- all the things I used to love doing in my younger "gym bro" days, that require cables. Well, no more. This product allows me to stay out of the gyms for the foreseeable future, for a very cheap price! Very pleased.

Honestly, I haven’t used it yet but I paired it with a nice ceiling bolt I have and template and it looks like it holds up pretty well and then when I put 300 pounds on it, we’ll see and maybe I’ll give it a five star. So of course I test for included rope condition the wheel, the weld.
