Works well although you may not need the entire set!
I broke two fingers and the PT (Physical Torture?...just kidding, Physical Therapy) folks had one of these (and only one) for me to use to exercise my fingers with. I liked it and wanted to exercise my fingers over the weekend and surprisingly the PT folks let me take it home for the weekend. Because I also play guitar I decided that I wanted to get my own finger exerciser to use anytime I wanted but I did not have a clue which resistance level I wanted the most so I bought the entire set and have no regrets. I think this is a good value set of hand-and-finger exercisers because the set cost slightly less than the PT folks estimated what they paid for the single unit.
