I love things that are well-made and uncomplicated. And of course they have to do what they are designed to do. This spray nozzle ticks all the boxes. The adjustable flow valve is nice. Allows for a gentle, watering can-like shower up to a fairly forceful, more far-reaching spray. No leaks from the flow valve or the hose connection. I bought it mainly to water planters on the deck and it's perfect for this job. It's probably not the thing for hanging baskets or planters positioned above shoulder level. It's also not for people who need a variety of spray patterns. With this you get a single rectangular pattern, with water pressure being the only adjustment. Very happy with this purchase.

Perfect for watering, period. Well made, easy valve operation. Should have bought one a long time ago to replace the crappy nozzle sprayer I'd been using.

If you're looking for something soft, like a rain shower, for more delicate things like new sprouts, baby grass and flowers, check this nozzle out. I struggled with other nozzles a bit because the spray was either too direct or too "misty" to get a good water on our new grass seed (among other things). I found that it was washed away much of the time, a huge waste of water and seed. So I tried this one, and it's perfect for a couple reasons: 1. you can adjust the spray to be as soft as you want by restricting the water flow, and it naturally mimics a "rain shower" type of spray, so you don't feel like you're pressure-washing your garden/grass. 2. the spread of the spray is really good: ie: you can hit a pretty large swath of grass (or whatever) all at once because it's in a fan shape. Also nice for trees, since you can usually hit a couple at a time. I liked this nozzle so much better than my others that I bought a second one. It also works perfectly for a new raised garden bed, without flooding it or moving the soil around too much.

Love this fan spray. I ordered 1 at first to keep on one outdoor hose. I liked it so much I've ordered 2 more for the other hoses. I really like it that it's not too heavy like other nozzles. It's a good quality steel fan spray, not plastic so it should last a long time.

Good quality hose spray nozzle. This item has a much better spray pattern and gets the job done faster than the item I was using previously. I will buy this again when it wears out.

This is the nozzle to water your plants, trees and grass. Has perfect, long range, is not too harsh but good flow overall. Plus it was a good price. Glad it's not metal either because that burns your hand in the summer when it's hot.

Fantastic for watering seedlings as it sprays in gentle rain lick manner or for lawn when increase in pressure! Had one as a kid but you can only get plastic ones in Australia! Highly recommend this product

When my plastic version broke I decided to upgrade to metal. This works well - a nice gentle fan of water which is what I wanted.

Wonderful for gently watering the garden, I love the adjustable flow, for smaller plants or pots. Not great for reaching distances but I use a different nozzle for that.
