Omg. This has been so helpful during the newborn trenches and while we were in the hospital. Instead of turning on the large light, we just reach over and use this. The bright light is helpful during changing, but the dimming feature comes in handy during feeding. The charge last a long time and it is so easily portable. I worried it was a waist of money, but it proved to be valuable during night time feeding/changing. .

With baby #8, I wanted to find a light that was cordless, and not so bright for night time diaper changing and nursing. I wasn't expecting too much from this egg light but I absolutely LOVE IT! My 2 year loved it so much I had to buy her own because she kept taking the baby's! It's easy to use, my 2 year old figured it out in minutes. The light is bright enough for changing diapers, but easy on the eyes where the light doesn't bother the baby. The dimmer is low enough to still see but more gentler on the eyes. The color changing is so cool, that's my 2 year old's favorite. I love that it has a timer and the charge life on it is quite accurate, it stays charged for a long time! I also love how soft the egg is and it's easy for my 2 year old to hold it. I love it as a night light, and for newborn night time activities. The quality is definitely worth its value. If I could suggest one thing, I wish the color changing had a dimmer too. The colors are very bright but still worth the buy! Definitely buying a couple more for my other children!! You don't need to look any further, this is the light you're looking for!

The best thing I ever bought. So convenient size and portability. Love the dimming effect, from very bright to very low light, the rainbow of colors is also very nice. Love it during night nursing 🤱 took it with me to hospital

Of all the things I asked for and was gifted for my first baby, this is my favorite. This well designed night light brings convenience to my baby's night/naptime routine that I didn't know I needed. -- It's easy to operate with one hand. -- The dimness feature is so convenient. I start our bedtime routine at the high light setting, then dim it down to low at the end, then turn off once asleep. When I wake up my baby, I turn it on at the low setting, making light adjustment after waking a lot easier. -- The lowest dim setting won't assault your eyes, but is enough to function through a nighttime feed. It's enough light to be able to tell if her eyes are open or not, which helps me time when to put her back down. -- It lasts us several days on one charge. -- It gives off the faaaaaaintest glow when the light is off, meaning you can find it in a pitch black room. -- We bought 2 and we are glad we did. While baby is in our room we have a spare for the diaper bag (for naps at grandmas). Once she is in her own room we will have 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the bathroom. I may buy more down the line to keep at grandmas or the diaper bag -- The off feature is reassuring knowing I'm not going to accidentally turn it on rummaging around in my bag. -- We do not use any of the color features, currently. My only suggestions: -- The shape is aesthetically pleasing, but not the easiest to hold in my petite hands. -- Some type of hook feature, that maybe could be snapped away when not in use, would be great. We are preparing for an overnight roadtrip and being able to hang this from a car hook would be fantastic. Having low light available to us will be key to keeping her calm and asleep while we drive, and will also not assault the driver.

I love this night light, we have two of them. We take it everywhere with us. It’s perfect for the late night diaper changes, feedings or anything really. The battery last us a couple weeks before we have to charge it. For me the only con that I don’t see in anyone else’s review is that sometimes our egg light will randomly turn on, the timer isn’t set. Middle of the night you wake up and the brightness is at the highest, even though it was last used at the lowest. Then it randomly turns off. Or just comes on and I have to turn it off. I have returned one and purchased it again thinking it was a malfunction but both the ones I bought at different times will randomly do it. It happens about once a week. It’s not a problem, just a bit creepy when it happens.

Colors are vibrant and lights up just enough for the night! Loved it freshly post partum in the hospital, and still loving it during nightly feedings. I wouldn’t recommend using it while it’s charging, it gets really warm on the bottom. It does stay lit for a few hours after it’s fully charged.

We use this night light in our 2.5 year old room. It gives a decent amount of light and we love that it can change colors and lighting. It is easy to use and even my son can turn it off and on. A great little light for a decent price! Would buy again.

Was debating on buying this because I already have a lamp but I’m so glad I did! The charge last forever it feels like! Been using it for 6 days and still on the first charge, I even forget to turn it off at times. Love that is it portable, compact, super lightweight and not blinding to me or my baby. Definitely worth it!!
