Hi N, This product is recommended for food storage.

Can you freeze food in the 2.5 gallon bags

You probably could, and these bags are great for multiple needs but I wouldn’t freeze in them. I use the “seal a meal” for freezing, it suctions out the air for less freezer burn.

How many ml thick are these bags?

I bought both the 15 per box and the 10 per box. It seems to me that the 10 per box bags are thinner than the bags in the 15 per box. No measurements just impressions.
