Great for restless legs I was recommended these little gummies about 4 months ago after have meditation for going on 10 years I would not say I have the confidence to stop taking my meditation but my legs have most definitely improved so yes i would recommend give it a go it’s not expensive and easy to take just like a sweet, I did try the capsule but the were too big, these taste good.

Not seen any improvement in hair and nails

I have never written about a product before as I am always skeptical if they actually work ! I am blown away with these jellies , I am on my 2nd bottle and can honestly say that they actually do what they say they will do. My hair appears t be thicker my nails are amazing as is my skin . They taste really good as well. I have recommended these to my Sister and my husband both have used them for a month and have nothing but positive comments . My hairdresser has commented on my hair as well as my husbands (he bulled patch appears to be less noticeable) My hair is thicker , shiny and has grown by a few inches.
