Got it to prevent bites from my cat. It works, didnt draw blood, just barely bruised my leg when he bit me. Comfortable, wear all day at times.

I actually use on my arms as a protection when using the Weed Wacker. Too small for my legs.

Unfortunately, these do not protect against cat bites or bad scratches. Cat bite went straight through it

I like the way that these come up over the knee to protect my legs when I trim (and from my friend's wild little dog with sharp nails). They stay up just fine when walking. But they are very itchy. I have the arm protectors too and they are not itchy so I might just need to wash them. We'll see. But they do provide excellent protection from prickly bushes and wild little dogs.

the stitching is raised and uncomfortable under foot and at the knee. the heel opening is too small so seam is under the heel rather than the arch. I rolled up the foot part and rolled down the top to make them more comfortable. Have been wearing them. don't make legs hot.

I am on blood thinners and the slightest knock to my arms or legs creates a bruise. I use these leg protectors and their associated arm protectors whenever I clean the house or do anything active enough where I could scrape my arm or bang my elbow, etc. They do a decent job of keeping your body bruise free!

I bought these to wear over my leg prothesis to protect the knees of my clothes so I don't tear through and make holes, causing me to go through clothes like crazy. Now I have a peace of mind that my pants, leggings and long skirts don't tear after a week or so. I didn't bother to wear the feet as shown in the photo. I ignored that feature and pulled them all the way. Yes there is one that is like that, but I wanted the black and they didn't have the other type in black. It still works great!

Fanatic socks for my elderly mum. My mum has skin that easily cuts if knocked slightly. She likes to walk her dog and has experienced accidents which gave left her in hospital when she has cut her legs. I bought her the socks as a present and since wearing them she has not cut her leg.
