Works GREAT!
Our old teapot died so we bought this one for a replacement. Both are the Bella brand and our old one lasted several years under heavy use before going dead. This one heats the tea water very quickly and we use it for tea and coffee both. Very happy with the Bella brand and we're also happy with the aesthetic appeal of the ceramic exterior. This is a really good tea kettle and the fact we don't have to put it on the stove is a big plus. The base heats up the water pretty quick and that just makes this tea pot very useful! Very happy with this purchase and we highly recommend!

Poor quality, ON/OFF switch having intermittent issues since first few weeks then broke after a year
This kettle is selling in US for just $35 USD and here in Canada is significantly overpriced. It's basically a $35 worth item quality-wise and not going to last long. The ON/OFF switch started having issues since the beginning and I was too busy to ship it back, even though already started the return process. Switch stopped working entirely after a year (cannot turn it on) and seller is refusing to help - neither warranty nor remorse of any sort even considering we reported an issue shortly after the purchase. We are extremely disappointed. Please be aware what you are buying, it's definitely not worth $100+ CAD at such a poor quality and problems handling...
