It was not at all good product return was not there it was not working frm day one

Extremely poor product. It was non-functional. It didn't even turn on. Please don't buy it. It's been more than 15 days since I returned the product and I'm yet to get refund.

The product is not working. Amazon initiated the return, but no one came to pick it up.

This is a very bad product. When played becomes over heated and paint smell is noticed. It also does not have USB port

The CD Player doesn’t read the CD and radio is also not clear

The CD plyer is not working at all, it is just like a dummy item.

I was out of station. On my return I tried to play the CD player but it was not playing. The product is defective. By then the date of exchange/refund was over. I demand that you take this complain very seriously

The first delivery of this product was found non functional. The product returned for replacement. The second delivery received was found defective and non functional. A poor purchase and a bad buy

Love this Cd & radio player. But do not use the pause very long!! I have had 2 players that would not work after a long pause! It is easy to use. I only the CD player part. Sound quality is very good. It also doesn’t take up much room on my work table.

Very pleased with product & price.

The first one came with 2 fully blown speakers, but was quickly replaced. Customer service was awesome, they refunded the purchase quickly and sent a new one with free shipping. The second one came in the mail after 2 days, "fragile" plastered all over the box unlike the first. The second one was awesome for almost a year. Then about a week ago, my rambunctious 2 year old cat knocked it off my dresser, as she's done before. Two days later, I go to use it, and halfway through a song it lets out this high pitched screech, then a crackling noise from the speaker and refuses to read any CD. I have questions about the durability for that reason, and for that the AM radio stopped working after 2 weeks, and the FM radio only worked when the device was at a certain angle. The AM/FM tuning could also use a bit of improvement, it's near impossible to tell what channel I'm on with the knob. I just have to guesstimate! Cannot attest to portability, use with a smart device inline, or battery life as I really only used it as a cd player or radio, didn't use the battery feature, and didn't really move it. I will say it is a heavy device, and that the AUX cord had trouble picking up my mp3 player or phone, hence not really using the inline devices feature. I like this device but I think that it needs some improvements. What it lacks in durability or connectivity, it makes up for tenfold in audio quality and ease of reading disks. It easily read a disk that was scratched BADLY from when I was in elementary school in the mid 2010s (it was a cd that came free with a sonic wacky pack), had no issue with burned CDs or playing sound only from DVDs.

good little radio, and c.d. player, in a day when that is seldom done. the radio is really what I wanted it for. very satisfied with it

Worked great... For a while, maybe 3 weeks or so. I bought this product partially based on brand name. And I was initially happy with it. I didn't start using it for some time after buying it I used it only for audiobook CDs from the library. When playback started skipping and squealing and just not working, I thought maybe the audiobook CDs from the library were damaged. But when I had the same playback problems on multiple CDs, and the problems got progressively worse, I decided to try another CD player. I bought another on Amazon. The same CDs that weren't working on this Craig worked fine on the new CD player. I can only conclude this Craig CD player was faulty, poor quality, or I got a lemon. This experience will make me more cautious of Craig products in the future.
