Skeptic converted
I was skeptical of this bag, simply because I couldn't imagine carrying an entire outfit wrinkle free. Having used it now, however, I am convinced that this bag's design is really ideal for commuters who have to look good. I considered getting saddle-bag style panniers, but I wouldn't have been able to carry suits, which I absolutely must be able to do. I can easily carry a suit and everything else needed to get dressed up, while packing a laptop as well. The bag itself is as convenient as a carry-on bag, but what about when it is on a bike? Attaching it is surprisingly easy, and it is stable. No worries of the bag popping off. I did have to lower my rack in order to get my seat-post exposure rear light to clear the top of the bag. Weather is the big question for me. I've not yet had to take it out in heavy rain. The rain cover is over course there, but I wonder about the underside of the bag, which would be expose to tire run off. I've been considering using a water-proofing spray, and probably will. Update: After riding in heavy rain, yes, the underside will get soaked through to the point that your clothes will get wet at places. However, two layers of water repelling spray took care of the problem. I’ve ridden in some seriously terrible rain, and my clothes stayed perfect.

Great Bag
Pros: This is a solid bag. It feels very sturdy and the material holds up in the rain. I have no concern that this is going to catch on something and tear. Locking mechanism feels very secure. I’ve never had this bag bump off or get loose on my bike. It has four points where it clips to your rack and feels secure. I found the mechanism a little cumbersome initially, but now it’s pretty easy and I don’t struggle with it. Garment bag actually works. I often have to wear a suit and find the bag to be effective at keeping my clothes relatively wrinkle free. I’ve even taken this bag to the airport if I’ve had a short work trip from the office. I can easily fit a suit and two shirts, ties, underwear, and socks. The toiletry bag is a nice touch and makes this a bit more of a practical travel bag with a designated spot for your toiletries. The actual panniers are plenty large and can fit whatever you might reasonably be bringing to the office (notebooks, spirals, etc.). Love the reflective rain cover that clips on the bag. It’s come in handy many times. Cons: Bag is somewhat heavy. I have a lot of hills on my commute and can definitely feel that I’m carrying something with me. Toiletry bag hooks aren’t super secure. I’ve never had it fall off, but one side comes unhooked pretty frequently. It’s still attached on the other side, so there’s no real risk of it falling, but it is annoying. No spot for a tail light. I haven’t found an easy spot to attach my taillight. I’ve just kept it under my seat, but with the toiletry bag on, it can block the taillight view. It’s too big/awkward to be an actual briefcase. So if you think this is truly convertible, it’s not. It’s clearly a bike bag. Overall, if you commute to work with any regularity and need wrinkle free dress clothes, this is a great bag. I’m not sure there’s much to improve on.

Main compartment too small
I want to commute to work on my bike, but I have to wear a suit/sport coat at work and don't have the space to leave suits at work. The bag theoretically has room for everything to include socks, shoes, belt, and even a small toiletry bag. If you can leave a suit jacket/sport coat at work and just bring in your shirt & pants, the bag is fine. However the bag's main compartment is too small. The bag is neither wide enough or long enough to fit a suit jacket on a hanger. I'm not a tall guy (5'9") but even without the hanger, the bag was still too short for a suit jacket lengthwise. It's also too narrow, my suit jacket couldn't lay flat in it either direction. I intended to pack the bag each night before work, so I tried leaving a suit and shirt in the bag overnight; the suit looked like I slept in it. I'm not riding anywhere exotic, (across Washington DC) but I can only imagine how much worse a suit & shirt would look after a ride into work. The bag needs to be about four inches wider and six inches longer.

Designed by a Cyclist for Cyclists
This is a very thoughtfully designed product, made with quality materials and offering more features than even the advertisement conveyed. I recommend this to any cyclist commuting to an office and seeking a solution for transporting wardrobe and toiletry items that keeps everything organized, sharp, clean, and professional. I've looked around and found no comparable product. Upon its third version... I have no doubt it will continue to be improved. I might recommend to the designer a few more attachment points on the periphery of the bag, and perhaps some webbing reinforcement on clear wear points. Regardless, this is an outstanding product, and it eventually wears out - we'll see, I bike a lot! - I'll buy another.

Great bag!
I love this bag. I previously had the Nashbar commuter bag, which wasn't bad, but the zippers finally died. This bag is so much easier to get on and off of my bike's rack. It also stays out of my spokes, which was an issue sometimes with my old bag. It fits everything I need for work including shoes, a full outfit, lunch, a thermos of coffee, a lock, and a few bike tools & spare tube. The company has great customer service, too. I lost a small part due to my own carelessness. They sent me a new one right away.
