This is a very well-made product. It "feels" durable just by its weight and secure couplings. This is not a piece of plastic painted with chrome like my shower massages original hose -- this is obviously stainless steel. The kit come complete with the washers and nylon tape for the threaded couplings. All you need is a piece of protective cloth to cover the coupling when using to the correct tool to tighten everything. I am extremely happy with product and professional packaging that contained the new hose. All I know is that I seriously doubt my hose coupling will fracture like my original one resulting in the hose spraying all over my bathroom ceiling. Job well done!

Direct fits to your handheld shower hose. Easy to replace.

This hose is a reasonable product that can get your job done. But it is very sturdy and hard, making it very difficult and inconvenient to move it around. Typical hoses are supposed to be soft and flexible so that you can move it as you wish. But this hose is the opposite. I am thinking about returning it.

Excellent hose for my shower

I replaced my handheld showerhead several years ago, but the hose that came with the new showerhead was stiff and awkward to handle. It was essentially a vinyl tube, solidly wrapped with a faux-metal spiral, and did not have the "slinky" feel and behavior of the old hose. So, I kept the old one, but it recently started leaking, and replacing the rubber washers did not help. Reluctantly, I ordered this hose as a replacement, concerned that it would be the same kind of cheap-feeling hose that came with the newer showerhead, but I was very pleased to find that this was not the case... it's a great hose that looks and feels very high quality. I appreciate that it came with an extra washer and even some teflon tape. And for an unbeatable price!

So impressed with the quality of this shower hose. Our new shower kit came with a cheap plastic hose that wouldn't bend even with hot water through it. This hose is light, so easy to move around and flexible. Love it and hope it lasts as long as our old one!
