Can you put them through a water bath to really “can” some jam?

These jars are great!I have done hot water baths with these jars and they are perfect

Will regular mouth mason jar lids fit on these? (Yes, I know they come with lids)

Yes they do and they seal just as good if not better.

How can you tell if they are sealed when they come come out of a hot water bath canner? There isnt a pop button.

The lids will suck down and you will not be able to flex it by pushing on it. If you can move the top of it up and down then it has not sealed you need to redo your hot water bath
