I truly love these, I have to lose weight and it keeps my meals in porportions to make sure I do not over eat and reminds me to not only eat meat but to get my veggies in, I use them daily, they are a strong plastic and easy to wash, dishwasher safe

I absolutely love in my plate so far. It forces me to get all the necessary food groups I need within my diet without overdoing one area. I am also a teacher and the last few years have been super stressful which caused me to pick up excess weight. I am evenly portioned however, I am hoping with the reminders of this plate will assist me in loosing weight as well as serve as motivation. The only critique I have is I really wish it had raised divider's between the foods ( for those that are like me and do not like for their foods to touch ). Otherwise, I'm impressed.

Haven't used plate yet but I like the size.

The plate is good but one thing is the decal on the plate was not centered it is more to the right which makes the food on the plate to the right and not in the middle of the plate. Just a little awkward.

If everyone actually used this plate as it was designed we would all walk about in rock star bodies. If you place the named food groups in the lines and only did that once per meal and you don't skyscraper the food, these things might save tens of thousands of dollars in adult medical costs. Forget the money - if eating with these plates to avoid obesity could just save you one adult catheter incident you will be way ahead of the game. I'm not writing this to scare you into a purchase but let me tell you that anything that will keep you lean will keep you from learning first hand about some pretty harsh medical stuff. The plate is a simple tool that will visually guide you to better eating and better health.

Love how the sections are easy to see and it does hold just the amount you should eat. Really like this product

Vienen 4 piezas, son de plástico y te recuerdan de incluir verduras en tu plato. Como no tiene divisiones es mas facil acomodar la comida, aunque si se mezclan los alimentos

The plate has good portions marked out. Its little expensive though. Plate is microwavable
