Makes the best ice tea ever! Easy to mix & less expensive than buying gallons out @ Macalisters, Chick Filet, or City BBQ - all three that have excellent ice tea.

Outstanding taste; environmentally sensitive packaging
So good in so many ways: 1) unsweetened, no calories 2) true tea taste 3) concentrated; you dilute it to your preference 4) you can carry gallons of tea home in one relatively small bottle 5) almost no plastic to recycle. And there are no downsides to this excellent product.

its an ok tea, dont care much for the chai tea, i guess you could say "it not my cup of tea"

Terrible!
This a review for the unsweetened black tea. If you make it the way it says on the label, (1 part tea to 7 parts water) it has no taste at all! You have to use twice as much to get any flavor at all. Waste of money!

Excellent
I took a chance on this not knowing anything about it and I'm glad I did. If you've had the Trader Joe's version then this is very similar in taste albeit maybe better. Would definitely recommend and purchase again.

Awesome Organic tea!
Eco-friendly way to make sugar free organic black tea! Of all the products that should be consumed as organic, tea is #1 as you can't wash it!

Not chai
Not what I thought it was going to be - does not taste like chai tea after adding cream/sugar. Tried to drink it as iced chai and I don't think the tea is as concentrated as what they advertise. It says 1 to 7 dilution (add 7 parts of water per 1 part tea) but I ended up using it more like 1 to 1 dilution. It tastes more like regular black tea, not "chai" tea. Not sure what I'm going to do with 6 bottles...

THE BEST ICED TEA CONCENTRATE EVER
THE BEST ICED TEA EVER but sadly it's very hard to find the concentrate. From time to time Amazon will have it in stock. I've found other places that carry it, but it's always such a game trying to find it in stock somewhere,. Next time Amazon has it, but extra. It's so good.
