Disregard the directions
Do not follow the directions, I wanted to make about 25 matzo ball's so I followed the directions it says 5 eggs, 5 tbsp of oil and 20 cups of water add 1 1/4 cups of matzo ball mix. Now I can tell you that those ratios are so wrong I had a runny soupy mess. I had to grind up two big sleeves of crackers so it would thicken up to even roll them without crumbling. I don't know what genius wrote these instructions but it must of been a joke. I had to use both containers of matzo ball mix. Next time I'll trust my eyes and knowledge of cooking. The matzo ball's turned out good with me using crackers which added a nice flavor.

Makes perfect matzo balls!

Easy to make. Season for more flavor
Very easy to use to make great matzoh balls but recommend you season to your own tastes for more flavor. Golf ball sized balls made with meal will expand in size 3 to 4 fold when you add them to the boiling water. Will keep about 4 days in refrigerator but can be frozen once you let them cool down a bit after cooking and then added back to soup to defrost at a later date. Still taste fresh and have excellent texture after frozen storage.

Use this product for Matzo Balls.
Matzo Balls are made in most Central European cuisines and although doable with experience from flour, it is nearly fool proof with this mix. Try it.
