Great product. Works just as well as named brands. Easy to use with a flexible plastic bottle for easy squeezing. The bottle is full and lasts a long time. The sinus clearing is great and lasts a long time. Very effective.

I guess it's a good product, as it is the same formula as the brand we've been using. Amazon suggested we try this as a less-expensive alternative to the other brand we were using, which comes in a pump spray bottle. Unfortunately, it was not clear to me that this product comes in a squeeze spray bottle, which makes it much harder to use. My lovely wife has not yet been able to get a proper dose--the bottle either sprays nothing at all or sprays a quantity of liquid. Getting a proper mist out of it appears to be out of the question. As a result, we cannot say with certainty that it is an equal of the other. We will stick with the brand in the pump spray bottle. I'd ding this another star out of pique, but <deep breath> not discerning the bottle type is on me.

I was addicted to Afrin growing up, and if that's YOU, then you know that other nose drops won't decongest you like Afrin will. After overcoming the physical addiction (so I no longer have to carry them with me everywhere I go), I still need them almost daily, depending on allergy season, etc. And this Amazon-branded spray works AS GOOD AS Afrin. If they did not, I would never buy them again. But since these are about $4.00, and Afrin's same size is around $7-8.00 per bottle, I'll only buy these now. Same great decongestion, with a much easier price tag!

This product is similar to Afrin at less than half the cost (at the time of the purchase it was on sale for less than $4) and double the size of typical Afrin. The strength is relatively up to par with Afrin, but just like Afrin it can cause a slight runny nose.

Sprayer was not good, so felt like product never worked.
