SleepHub Sleep Aid Machine, Insomnia Relief, Sleep Training Device for Adults - Black

My sleep has been really bad for years and I have tried so many things to help with not much success. After about a week of using the sleephub I started falling asleep easier and staying asleep for longer! Even when I wake up during the night, it seems to help me get back to sleep quickly, and before this I would really struggle to get back to sleep. I use the deep sleep programme and find the ocean soundscape best. I was a bit concerned about spending this amount of money but im very happy I bought it and am feeling so much better already on better sleep.

With all the great things I'd read about Sleep Hub, I bought it fully confident that it would help me sleep better. However, having used it for a few weeks, it's made absolutely no difference. A great shame as it's a nice looking piece of kit and has been well made.

At last I’m getting a great nights sleep! I’ve never been a great sleeper and a friend told me about SleepHub she had seen in a magazine, so I thought I’d take the plunge and give it a try. Wow, this thing really works. I tried the three Sleep Modes and it even has a Nap mode that I really liked as it gives you a perfectly timed Power Nap! The Easy Sleep mode works brilliantly for me, I don’t know how SleepHub works but the special sleep sounds seem to get me off to sleep quicker and I really wake up feeling refreshed and much lighter if you catch my meaning after a good nights sleep. It’s really well made and comes nicely packaged. It’s got a big screen that looks great and really easy to set up, plug in and start so they have thought of everything, the speakers are also awesome and I occasionally use them to stream music. I didn’t actually realise a good night sleep would make such a difference to my life…give it a try, I hope it works for you…

All good. Looks smart and super easy to set up. Did have a query but Cx service was helpful and knowledgeable and sorted very quickly. Sound levels took a couple of nights to get optimum volume and to work out the best soundscape for me but am really pleased after the initial adjustments. Hit 6 out of 7 sleep goals last week on my Apple Watch - game changer and significantly more refreshed/energised. 👍👍.

This thing is a total scam. It is nothing more than a white noise machine - only worse! The only thing that separates this from the air filter in my room is that this has a giant display. There is nothing scientific or unique or beneficial about the sounds that it makes up; there is no scientific evidence backing up the supposed purpose of the device. They claim that there is 10 years of research behind this device, but they fail to claim that there were any concrete or statistically significant findings from that research. The reason for that is that there is none. Cambridge Sleep Sciences has only this product, and all websites related to it point to this product, not to any research it conducted. A total sham! Save your money!
