great product for the price. I don’t expect it will last a long time as it is all plastic but for the price that is ok. It is for a utility sink in the laundry and doesn’t get much use.

Works good, easy. Install good price quick delivery. It is plastic! But great for a laundry sink.

Just installed this on my utility sink because the stock faucet was horrible, and 24 years old. At least it was metal! This is plastic and the handles and spray wand move around quite a bit - cheap feeling. That said, it works great, installed easily, and the sprayer is worth it! I could not find anything better without spending a bunch more money. So, I’m satisfied overall.

This is the second time I’ve purchased this product. The first one started squeaking when turning on the hot water. I tried lubricant and no luck it kept squeaking. I purchased a second one and the same thing started happening after only three months of use as well. This product seems defective. I’m done with this product and will seek out other options.

Exactly what I needed to replace laundry room faucet assembly. Works well and knobs are easy to twist. Sprayer provides good water pressure.

The faucet installs easliy and looks very nice. The goose neck is far better for my utility sink than the old low profile faucet I replaced. That feature plus the price drew me to make the purchase. However, now that I have it installed, I have concerns about the durability. Out of habit, I tend to put a little pressure on the faucet handles when turning them off. That is my bad, and totally unnecessary. I can just gently turn it to the off position and it completely shuts off the water flow. Even so, when I did apply a little pressure, the faucet felt like flimsy plastic and felt like it could easily break. I can discipline myself to treat it gently, but what if someone else is not aware? In hindsight, I think I would rather have spent a little more money and get something a little heftier.

I used this faucet in a utility sink in my garage - this is the second time one of these faucet's has failed on me. The first time I thought that it was a fluke defect and since I was there I simply turned off the water and caught it quickly. The second time thank God I happened to go into my garage and notice water shooting out through the faucet hitting the sink and flooding my garage, I think it must have been going on for 10 min or so. If I wasn't home who knows how bad it would get since it's a raised concrete slab with a finished room underneath. Both times the handle on one of the faucets popped off without any warning allowing water to spray directly through the faucet hole 8ft up into the ceiling. DO NOT BUY if you don't want to flood your garage/workspace/wherever. You've been warned.
