Berenstain Bears' Storytime Collection

Bright glossy pages, maybe a little thin but still good quality I found. Happy with the book.

We love all the stories in this collection and my child still loves to read them even after a few weeks of constantly reading them. She finds the stories relatable and entertaining, and the lessons are easy to understand in an appropriate way for a young child. For example, The Messy Room has really helped us to encourage her to take on the responsibility of helping clean up her toys. I really like that all the stories are conveniently all in one hardcover book, but the pages inside the book are a bit thin and fragile. We are usually careful with books and we have accidentally ripped a couple of pages, and it didn't require much force to do it. So I definitely wouldn't recommend for children who are usually not gentle with books. Other than that, I think it was a good buy considering the number of stories included and the quality of the writing and illustrations.

I grew up reading berenstain bears books. This book is a collection of nearly all of the classic longform-ish stories. I remember reading Berenstain Bears and the new baby, and Berenstain Bears and the messy room when I was younger. My 2 year old LOVES it! I read him the dentist story for days before his first visit to the dentist and it really helped. Each story is a bit long though, about 5-6 minutes per story. I have since bought many more berenstain bear books but this one is hands down the best collection of stories.

I really enjoy reading the Berenstain Bears books. They were one of my favorites when I was a kid in the 90s and I’m glad to be reading them to my son now. This book is a composite of several stories, bound together in one hardback book.

It was around 30 yrs ago when I first read these stories. It brings back memories. It brings the same smile. Now I have the chance to share the same stories to my child. Also it is of very good value. Hardcover and 10 books for the price of 3.
