Great Product if you want to secure your network
Great product, easy to install, set up and completely changed and improved the network connectivity and efficiency. You need not to be an expert to handle this product, that's how compatible the product is. Thanks Zyxel for this amazing product and also to Amazon for fast delivery.

Got it. Its Working.
Picked up the product and could hear rattling inside. first thought product was damaged but on closer inspection the battery had been displaced within the product obviously during shipping. Opened the case, reseated battery and product is functioning normally. All is good!

Nice bang for the buck
I’ve been a long time Cisco guy, it’s what I work with for a living. When WFH became the new norm, I had to upgrade my home network. This fit the bill to support my increased demands without breaking my wallet. There is an extensive knowledge base to help you program it. Out of the box, this is pretty PnP. Enabling the advanced features or creating a separate network to keep your work separate from home, takes a bit of knowledge and understanding of terminology. Overall, this serves its purpose and I have not had any issues with it, and will recommend to others in my situation.

The item arrived and the unit could not be programmed. Looks like it might have been one that was returned. Tried to contact tech support and that was a complete failure. No one ever returned my request for support. Will never by another product from this company
