Our bathtub wasn’t draining when we showered and would audibly gurgle when we flushed the toilet. We tried snaking and pressuring washing the line (DIY) with no change. Added this to the toilet and shower drain (diluted) for 4 days and it’s draining totally fine after long showers! Snaking/ pressure washing may have helped it work faster, but this was totally worth the money and worked way quicker than I expected for such a tough blockage

Although it didn't clear my clog due to issue not caused by organic matter, I do believe it works well based on previous experience with it. Will buy again, especially as a preventative maintenance treatment. Easy to use, just pour and flush. No odors, no foaming, use it overnight for best results.

Fixed my slow drainage in my toilets and sinks. I did the 8ox in toilet for 4 nights in a row. Worked as advertised. Would recommend !

Ordered this product based on other reviews. But this product still has not cleared up my clog completely. I'm thinking I will have to just buy a snake and try to clear my line. It may work on small clogs, but not on a clog in my main line.

I bought two bottles. I follow the instruction and double the dose for 4 nights. It has been a week already, I see no change in the slow drainage of my mainline. I look down the main drainage hole, an inch of sluggish waste material still deposits at the bottom of the drain. So, two bottles of K97 did nothing to clean up my mainline. Right now I give one star .I will review it again in another 7 days ,if condition improve , I will upgrade the rating. I forget to mention that this product smells so bad that i have to wear mask and face shield when I pour it down the floor drain. 1/10/21 2 weeks after the 4 nights of double dose applications, no change in the flow of the drain. This product is useless. I thought this product will be more friendly to the environment but I guess I have to go back to the cheap Instant power. Or may be I should try Green Gobbler , it claims it won't kill the good bacteria. I still have hope that the K97 bacteria won't be killed by the Green Grobbler. 5/22/2026 Same situation after i apply the foaming root killer from Roebic. I find this product again and the computer program i talk to saying that i did the wrong method of using this product in 2021. Claiming that i did not shake the product enough in 2021 so the bacteria in the solution is not energized to work and specifically said that only 8 oz needed. The shaking process is gross and dangerous spill of the bubbles everywhere. The program instructed me to do two consecutive treatment 7 days apart. I follow the instruction to the detail. Hoping the past failure was my fault. This time will work for i have trust in Roebic products. Now I have finished the treatment exactly what the program directed. No change in the speed of drainage because I see the sludge is still in the floor of the clean out. Now he said this product eat poo, toilet paper. and organic product floating only and not clean upthe slimmy sludge at the bottom or eat the dead roots at the bottom of the mainline. I am a loyal customer of Roebic because they have professional biological engineerer to answer the questions. They have very very good customer service, but I cannot upgrade the review of K97. It did nothing to clean up the mainline. Sorry ! But i will still use their foaming root killer.

Nothing else was working for a bad toilet clog. This stuff was magic and cleared it right away. Just poured it in and let it sit for a few minutes and when I came back the toilet was unblocked. No harsh smell. Easy to use. No safety hazard. Toilet hasn’t been clogged since and sinks and shower are draining better too.

Main line is our go to product for clogs! We have a lot of toilet issues with 40 year old pipes and many digestive issues, so we need it way too often 🤢 We have every tool and tried every product imaginable so I don't have to break my back each day just to be able to flush effectively. When I say I was desperate for anything to help me out, I mean I was ready to rip out every toilet and build an outhouse! All jokes aside, Main line is a quality product at an affordable price that truly unclogs and/or gets the plumbing moving again! Some reviews state that it doesn't work well, but you can't expect anything other than an auger or a plumber (who will use an auger) to get rid of large clouds. That being said, in the cases where Main line doesn't totally unclog it, it absolutely loosens it so the hard work doesn't break a hip. I definitely recommend!

２週間近く前に、ペーパーを一気に流しすぎたのが原因で 流れが滞るようになってしまいました。 （不幸中の幸いで、完全に止まってはいなかった） これはなんとかしないと・・・と思って、藁にもすがる思いで購入。 説明書き通り続けてみるも・・・実はこの商品だけでは解消されませんでした。 説明書きで”ラバーカップの併用”を勧めているように、軽度のものでないと この商品だけではどうにもならないようです。 ラバーカップを使った時に、突然凄い勢いで水が流れだしたのですが それまでのバクテリアさんの活躍で、軟化していたのではないかと思うのです。 カップだけではこうはならなかっただろうと。 解消後は、それまでの水流とは一段レベルの違ったものになっており なんやかやと付着していたカスなども一掃された印象です。 その意味では効果はあったのだろうと。 結局のところ、詰まりが発生しない使用が大事ってことですね。 いい勉強になりました。
