NUTRIUPS Portion Control Glass Divided Plate - 3 Compartment Bariatric Plate for Weight Loss & Breakfast - 10 Inch Round, 1 Piece

Surprised by how I enjoyed using this

Very nice looing compartment dish. Thick sturdy glass and good quality plus great value for the money.

I’ve been switching my kitchen wares to safer materials so I thought I’d give these plates a try. They have worked perfectly for my chicken tenders and dipping sauces. Compartmentalized plates aren’t just for kids! Heavy duty, great quality.

Very nice just hoped it was a tad deeper

Although they are a little smaller than I hoped, they are heavy so they will last a very long time. The compartments are separated with an elegant curve which makes it fun to use. I use it primarily to warm foods in the microwave when one item has gravy and another has vegetables, etc. Heating those up on one plate causes food to get soggy otherwise. I think these are very lovely, I just wish they were about an inch bigger.

Small

Perfect for all the pickled veggies from my garden.

I really like that this can be put in the oven to warm leftover foods. The sections keep foods separated & it is a strong slightly heavy plate. It cleans easily hand washed or can go in dishwasher.
