Tray for everyday use
I never thought I would reach out for this tray everyday. It's become essential for me. This tray is just the right size, easy to grab, light and sturdy. I don't only use it for baking small batches but to hold ingredients while weighing. It does everything that a plate could and I can drop it without fearing breakage. I never knew how I survived without this tray!

Les produits Nordic Ware sont toujours de très bonne facture et cette plaque ne déroge pas à la règle. Il est très agréable de cuisiner avec, la cuisson est uniforme et l’entretien est facile. Cela fait maintenant plusieurs mois que je l’ai, et elle n’a pas bougé !

Compact size with a raised lip to hold liquids
A good size that fits most toaster ovens, but I like this for its versatility. The raised lip makes it handy to catch liquids from meat defrosting in the refrigerator, or any liquids from items I marinate inside a bag inside the fridge. Nice quality and value for the small jobs I use it for.
