will it fit on a 1995 honda shadow vlx vt600c

The grips fit any 1" diameter handlebar and you don't need the throttle tube, because it's one piece.

Do these grips come with throttle tube?

The right handlebar grip is one piece, so throttle tube is not necessary. It fits a 1" handlebar and works well. I'm using them now and very satisfied with the grips.

Will these fit a 1995 Harley Davidson roadking?

As long as the handlebar is 1" diameter and you don't need a throttle tube, because it's once piece.

Nice size grip not too bulky

Fit on my Harley Sportster great. These are a nice size, not too thick to grip well with your hand. (I would consider my hands to be medium sized, not overly large or small). The material they are made with is also comfortable to grip. Overall great product for the price. I highly recommend.
