It help to fix my printer
My printer stopped printing pages more then 1. I fixed that roller and it helped. Big surprise for a small dollar.

Not a good replacement for original
After installing, exactly as the original parts were installed, now it constantly jams when scanning or copying. The larger piece does not insert as easily as it should and sticks up too far.
