Can you put two lap tops in here?

Yes you can put two laptop. I been travelling using Samsonite Xenon 3.0 with two laptop.

Kindly advise regarding to the warranty , is it global or not ?

I suppose the warranty is worldwide. This is a great bag design wise however the wheels are cheap and consequently it doesn't take but six months to year for it to fail. I tried to have the first one I bought fixed and the wheels cost more than the bag.
