You have to re-capture your fingerprints then the sensor works perfectly every time. Installation was so easy and it fits perfectly with my case (no peeling up on the sides) as it's slightly smaller than the screen.

Great product, simple to follow instructions to install. I expected the fingerprint reader to be responsive when reinstalling but found it really difficult for the phone to pick up fingerprints. From time to time I have to spend a bit of time for phone to register the fingerprint when trying to unlock. Other than that and if no fingerprint security is required then brilliant product.

The product fits well and is really easy to attach. It goes on cleanly and there are no overhanging edges or trapped air bubbles and it works well with a phone case around the body of the phone too. Unfortunately it renders the fingerprint scanner unusable. It can recognise my finger is there but can't read the print to unlock the device or log in to apps. In the short term I can put up with that as I'd rather have the protection than the convenience while travelling but will be looking for a replacement that is compatible with the reader as soon as I return.

I have purchased a few of these packs for a family of S21 users. The quality is great for the price, it acts as a sacrificial screen which has saved me from quite a few potential broken screens. Removing the bubbles can be a fine art sometimes and I usually a cloth and a credit card which works well but if you get any dust under the protetor on the sticky side its very hard to get off. Instructions were clear in the packet and overall a good product for the price

This screen protector is great and fits perfectly with no bubbles, however the fingerprint recognition does not work and is therefore useless to me. I should have read the reviews before purchase!

Rating three stars because it probably does provide good protection, however it messed with my fingerprint sensor so badly that I got locked out of my banking app. I rely on contactless payments for my phone and can't be caught short at the till or paying for the bus if my fingerprint doesn't register...so had to remove the screen protector. Amazon said they'd reach out to the seller to see if a refund was possible, because is it really worth returning a ripped open box with one of the screen protectors already missing? Not great for the environment really ... This was for my Galaxy S21. Fit really well and easy to install but messed with touch sensitivity quite badly.

Just bought this as a gift for my dad. Arrived in perfect condition. Easy to apply. Fits the phone perfectly Had bought this as a gift previously and it has lasted really well. We were able to apply this and avoid any bubbles so that isn't an issue

Replacement screen went on nice and easy and came with everything I needed! New screen works better than the protection my phone came with: The factory protection did it's job and protected the screen from cracks when I dropped my phone on a brick, but certain edge of screen functions like the menu bar that slides in from the side was always really tough to activate; often needing 3 or 4 attempts to get the menu to slide out. With the new protector, the edge functions perform flawlessly and I can easily pull out the side menu! I did have to retrain my finger prints because they didn't work so well, but since doing that, there has been no issue. I love the new screen, it's like an upgrade to factory freshness!
