A very well designed product, good looks and craftsman ship, full leather, light weight, very comfortable. If you are looking for a high ankle boot DMS, don't look any further. For Manufacturer -- Congratulations on making a great product, wish more manufacturers made such quality products. Suggestion -- If you increase the height by at least an inch more, the upper portion of the shoe will rest just below the calf and definitely look better and would be even more comfortable

The product should be free from defect.
There is a lot of wrinkles in the upper part of the leather in the right leg shoe. The hooks for winding lace at the top portion of the shoe is not in gold colour as in your advertisement. The packaging box should be made stronger.
