Not durable, broke in 10min called manufacturer and they fixed the issue
In about 10 min my dog pull off one of the round rubber part of the end cap, the other end as you can see in the picture is coming off. Based on the reviews and the price I paid for the toy I was hoping it would last longer before my first replacement So the toy costs $44 and if my dog manage to break the parts in 10 min, I will have to add $12 for the replacement parts for every 10 min Update oct15 So same day I wrote this revie I wrote to the manufacturer. They were pretty quick on the response giving me a commercial video and asking me for the picture. I replied sending the picture of the broken toy on oct 13 and didn’t hear back from them I guess I got stuck with a $44 toy that breaks in 10min Update Oct 24 I had received a response from the manufacturer, they had apologized the delay of their response which was a very a nice and professional gesture. They also provided me a replacement toy. Put the toy for the test and different from the one I had bought this one they sent really last. I also had bought the replacement parts. I'm changing the starts from 1 to 5

Oh My Gosh
I have never seen my dog enjoy a toy as much as this one! She is a little timid but very soon figured out it was more fun than any other of her toys. (We have2 PetGeek toys. The ball that rolls around and leaves treats and this one. ) The treat ball gets her interest until all the treats are gone but this one, I have to take it away from her or that's all she would do. It is the right size for her, 45 lb doodle, and is fun to chew on. I couldn't recommend it more. PS, the 2 Petgeek toys we have are both high quality and nicely packaged. Instructions are a little obtuse but the video on Amazon took care of that. Poppet says Whoo Hoo! and Thanks.

Forget the power aspect
My dog is a 50 pound heavy chewer and it’s hard to find toys that can survive him. But this one actually survived. Except I can’t charge because the instructions are non existent. So my dog just tosses out around and tries to get me to toss is but the thing is so heavy it won’t go far. It’s been dead and since he still likes it I’ll gone three stars. Just wish it would work so I could get some rest but end up with a heavy dumb bell on my chest after he tosses it at me to toss back to him.

Good toy. Better when modified.
My dogs love this toy, but if they play with it unsupervised, they get the wheels off and chew the hubs making it unusable. Here is how I fixed that. 1. Cut a whole in the white cover for the charger. You can cut the cover use 3/4 of the way around you can charge it and it’s protected. 2. Drill a hole in both sides of the white hub insert and corresponding holes in the wheels. Insert a zip tie from the wheel side and tighten. Now the wheel won’t come off.

Seriously? They MUST be kidding!
What a disappointment. First of all, the instructions are a joke! Who needs to be told to remove the item from the box?? Yet they give absolutely NO explanation how to do the rest of what they tell you to do. Nothing. Nada. Even if they did, they’d be impossible to read, considering that what’s there is writen in 4-point type (not kidding) in cheap, faded ink. They talk about a cover, which is 100% not apparent or easy to find because it doesn’t look anything like a cover. See that green flap in the middle? They call that a cover. Its FUNCTION is to cover the charging port, but it looks like anything but; and, there is no hint of how to get it off. No open/close apparatus at all. Doesn’t snap together, as there is no seam…it’s solid. They don't even tell you that it's green, so you know where to find it. No directions, no diagram, nothing embossed on the thing. You have to figure out that you are supposed to take the white ends off first… then comes the next nearly impossible task: Absolutely no instructions, diagram, or embossed hint as to how to get the white ends off. They are EXTREMELY tightly fitted onto the white core, with no open/close apparatus. One would think that they must screw on and off, but no. They are so tightly stuck onto the white core that it appears they are permanently adhered, so when pulling seems the only thing left to try, one fears breaking it. Yes, the tight adherence is great in making the thing durable and not letting the ends slip off. But one a simple "pull" instruction would do the trick. Eventually there is no other choice, so you have to call Superman to see if he can do it. Back to the green "cover." Again, no hint as to how to get it off. (BTW, I’m no dummie…earned an advanced degree with a 4.0; also very mechanically-minded.) Maybe it pulls too…if you figure out that it has to slide first. But this is worse than the ends. Even Superman couldn’t do it, so he suggested calling in the Hulk. Eventually they got it off together, albeit both now have hernias. Even if I were to keep this thing, I can't imagine having to go through the strongman rigmarole of removing every piece just to get to the charging port. Honestly, it took me 45 min. to do what should have taken 5 at the most. Next task: the on/off button. It will take some time to find (despite an arrow on the "instructions"), but it’s not nearly as hidden as the rest of it. Charged it, and it worked until it bumped into something and stopped. Yes, if you give it a nudge it will start again, but if the dog doesn't give it a nudge, it will sit there forever until it runs out of energy. I know because I thought perhaps it was sitting a long time before it decided to activate again. Nope. It sat for two hours. Then, it would stop (fully charged, mind you) right in the middle of the floor even without bumping into anything. And not go out again unless I bumped it. I definitely waited long enough for it to move on its own, but no cigar. Don't know why they have a "no fear" label on the box cover, as some dogs will definitely be afraid of it…as was mine. OK, so that's about my dog, not about the product. But it's just one more aggravation. Finally, and this is certainly the least of the problems with the product, but it is already expensive… Why not put it in a regular box? Instead, they put it in a very expensive--and yes, nice fancy--box that is difficult to open. If this were a gift box for a $100 bottle of perfume or a cell phone, it would make some sense. But honestly, I would much rather pay five dollars less and get just a regular box. I can't imagine throwing this thing in the trash. I guess that's about the only part I wouldn't throw in the trash. NO WAY is this thing worth $45! I returned it immediately.

My dog absolutely enjoys playing with this bone.
Fantastic interactive dog bone. Most important, my puppy remains engaged playing with the bone, it’s rechargeable, and the customer support stands by its product. I needed a replacement due to a bone malfunction. The company, after answering a few questions, replaced it free of charge. I rated 4 stars for durability only due to a malfunction issue. However, pet geek replaced my bone. Otherwise, 5 stars. Strongly recommend if you have a dog which requires self engagement from time to time. The bone helps a pet parent with same.

Fun toy missing information to get parts.
Our German shepherd puppy pot this for Christmas, and likes playing with it. She normally chases it and chews lightly on the tail which has been fine up until one of the wheels popped off. She then chewed the axle a bit and the wheel won't go back on to the toy. Unfortunately she's only had the toy 3 weeks. As the instructions directed we took the toy away and have gone through the instructions and Amazon looking for parts to purchase. There is nothing listed. Unfortunately, it appears that the producr reviews is the way to connect with the manufacturer. We'll update once the issue is resolved or we have to return the item.

I have purchased this product (or similar) from pet smart in the past. I knew it wouldn’t last more than 6 months so I bought from you in advance. I opened it yesterday and charged it, gave it to my dog Ozzy and almost immediately one of the wheels came off. The other one lasted a long time. This was like the glue didn’t stick but very disappointing. A total of 15 minutes and the toy was not working. I tried to fix it thinking it was from the wheel off to charge the device but it will not stay on now. Because I waited to open it from packaging, it is a week or so past the return window. Had it worked for another few months I would be a repeat buyer. Happy to send back if you would replace?

It’s great to entertain my dog, she liked playing with it but it lasted less than a month and then the internal mechanism stopped working despite being fully charged up. Can’t be a robust design, my dog did not chew it at all. Expensive for a months use

A solid toy however I found it impossible to remove the outer sheaths for cleaning and I can't get the section off that covers the charging point. The battery is flat now so the toy is useless.
