Great Quality Melting Chocolate
Great quality coating chocolate. I used these to make chocolate-covered strawberries and they melted smoothly and were very easy to work with. The coating set nicely and the taste was great. Very happy with the results.

Best Care of Packaging
Probably the 3rd time I’ve ordered this chocolate, but this is the first time it’s been mailed with an ice pack and extra wrapping to prevent melting, AND came a day early. The chocolate is great, drizzle, dipped treats, the quality is great. But the customer service was great 10/10

Thought she was crazy..
When my daughter bought these instead of going to Walmart n just getting white chocolate chips I thought she was crazy. Why pay this price for that amount?! Well ill tell u why! THIS IS THE BEST WHITE CHOCOLATE IVE EVER TASTED!! She got them to melt n dip different desserts in. They melt so easy n is so creamy. It dries nicely n looks amazing. She used gel food coloring in it and mixed perfectly. Let me tell you i cant tell u how many wafers I took just to eat alone I mean the taste is amazing im telling you. She also used these in silicone molds n they came out great! I HIGHLY recommend these melting wafers!! You will NOT be disappointed!

First time user, but I will purchase again.
I will say that if you're not used to working with confectionery melting chips, there is a learning curve. They are very heat-sensitive, and the first batch I rushed, and they scorched. Lowering the temperature made them perfect. Smooth-tasting blank canvas takes on confectionery flavorings well.

Flavor good, but be ready to work fast
I melted these using a double boiler and found that it took quite a long time to fully melt. Once removed from the heat, the chocolate began to set up quickly, so I had to work fast. Some online reviews mentioned these aren’t a true white, and I’d agree—that’s accurate. However, I used an oil-based food coloring and the slight off-white tint didn’t affect the final color at all. The taste is smooth and pleasant, not overly sweet. Great for coating, just be ready to keep it warm as you work.
