Are these the lightweight version of Jungle boots or as heavy as military issue?

From my experience, serving in Vietnam and wearing Jungle boots, these boot are just like the ones that I wore. I was there back in 1972

are these men or women boots?

These are Men boots, but women and children wear the smaller size.

How long are the laces?

I don’t know but plenty long enough for me to wrap around the top of my boot when fully laced
