Am using this grey tank deodorant for the first time and trust the manufacturer claims because I have been using the black tank deodorant for some time and find it really works well. I cannot say the same for the competition. During the hottest period of summer the tanks on the old RV are fresh scented and what a relief that is! Breaks down solids well and have had no problems with caking or clogging. I recommend Walex for your RV grey and black water tanks.

This works well. I was able to see the grime it cleaned out of the gray water tank and it smells nice

smells great and seems to work

This product works really well in my camper. I didn't really need to use it but I figured why not. It does have a very nice scent to it and my grey tank is now a lemon scented tank....

These are my favorite to use in the sink (gray water tank) of our rv. They work phenomenally and are so much cheaper than a camping world! Definitely recommend these they are the easiest to use so far and really work well.

UPDATE: 09/18/25 Typically I split a tablet in about thirds... 1/3 for kitchen sink, bathroom sink and shower. Have not noticed any odors from the tank surging back (although a lot of that could be attributed to the traps in piping). gvm Does what it claims... although I have never been inside the grey tank of the RV to check, everything runs smoothly and no notice of smells aside from the very light fragrance of the tablet

I am not reviewing for rv tank smells but smell that may rise from home bathroom sinks! This stuff is great 👍 I broke the disc in half and set it on my 2 sink drains. I had heated up a pot of HOT water and poured in both sinks as disc's dissolved. It has been a week and no longer have that rank odor. If it creeps back up I will continue with this treatment! This stuff is great!

We had previously used a liquid grey water treatment but it was frustrating trying to determine if you were using the right dosage since the packaging was opaque. I thought we would give these a try the last time we took our RV out and found them really easy to use. They dissolve in seconds and the scent is far more natural than some of the odd ones I've seen out there. They seemed to work well, although I had hoped they would help with the incorrect sensor reading and they did not.

Didn’t do the job

Helps to get rid of the smell of left over fish when washing dishes. As a Canadian we don’t have the garage disposal like the US has (at least not that I have seen in households) so this makes a big difference
