I have been on the hunt for a medical bracelet for quite sometime. I didn't want the stainless steel with the giant red logo version so when I saw this, I knew this would be perfect! I wish I could put more info on it, but that's OK. I have all the life saving info entered, and that is what matters. The quality is nice, although the clasp is a bit tricky. It's stylish and goes with everything I wear. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!

It looks good but there is a problem with the clasp staying locked so bracelet falls off periodically. Update: After this review the seller contacted me and has issued a replacement with no hassle. I am pleased with the outcome so would recommend this.

Given that the bracelet was sent from China, I received my bracelet in a timely manner, and it was exactly as described. It is a little loose, but I can adjust it to fit. The only thing that I really disliked was that the bracelet they sent has incorrect information engraved onto the frontside of it. No one should ever wear a medical alert bracelet with invalid information, especially if it is on the side that has the particular medical affliction of which you are trying to make strangers and those working in emergency response professions aware while wearing it. The engraving was nicely done in the font that I requested, but as I wrote, the frontside was incorrectly engraved. I was a little peeved initially due to the wrong engraving combined with the 10 to 15 days waiting for it to arrive. However, that went away as soon as I contacted the vendors. They responded almost immediately to address my inquiries. They were also very friendly and offered to either replace it at no charge or to issue me a full refund. I chose to replace it, and I am currently awaiting its arrival. I am positive that our correspondence was crystal clear on both sides and know they will ship the correct bracelet to me this time. However, if they do not, then I will certainly amend this review to reflect that in the future. I rated this with 5 stars because the product itself seems durable and not made of shoddy materials. The bracelet’s connections with the medical identifier all seem to be very sturdy, and the connections that join the bracelet itself to the clasping seem to be just as sturdy and durable as any watch that I have ever purchased. Durability can only be judged over a lapse of time, but I don’t see it as an issue in the future. The final reason for my rating was due to the excellent customer support, understanding, and friendliness. All that being written, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them in the future. I am sure that they receive many orders, and a slip up in translation, or any simple mistake is going to happen over time. From a probabilistic point of view, if the probability measure of shipping something from their factory/store that is incorrect is remotely “small” it is is most certainly not an impossibility. I can not reasonably blame them if my event fell into that category, and their customer assistance drove that point home to me. I hope that this does not go off topic, but I mentioned probability above because there are many negative reviews written about vendors that are unwarranted. Errors are always likely to happen, and can easily happen with any order placed online. i for one see no logical reason to penalize the vendors if they are willing to work with you to fix the mistake. Contact them first, and then if you are still unsatisfied them write your review and deduct stars as you see fit, but if you have made no effort to make reach out and make corrections, then you shouldn’t write a review. That is exactly why I waited to write this review, and why I did not deduct any stars from their rating for this product.

Received this item late yesterday. Put it on and the pin fell out and my bracelet fell off my arm. I couldn’t fine the pin. Contacted the seller and they are making it right and replacing the bracelet. February 25th I received the new bracelet and it is very nice and is adjustable. I would highly recommend this seller. If there is anything wrong he makes it right!!!

The clasp isn't good. It literally slides off the bracelet.

Have gotten so many compliments on this bracelet. It looks like a piece of jewelry rather than a medical bracelet. I’m very happy with it.

Great quality and very happy with it. Gave it 4 stars because we can't figure out how to adjust it and it comes with the tiniest flat head tool with no instructions. Other than that, it's nice and sturdy and everything is clear to read on both sides of the bracelet.
