This stuff in incredible! I’m 7 weeks along and have been having the worst bloating/constipation. I noticed the effect the day after I took it (which was at night). I’ve now been taking it for 4 days and I feel soooo much better. The bloating has gone down significantly and it helped with my bowel movements. I was worried it would make my gut all bubbly but that never happened. Great product!

Found this brand probiotics while browsing. I am glad I ordered it, it is an excellent product and works as well as other expensive ones. While I am not pregnant I have issues with my gut bacterias due to repeated rounds of antibiotics and I found this product to be very effective. I am ordering it in subscription.
