Runner faster and jump higher with the BOB 2016 Stroller Strides Fitness Stroller!
Okay, maybe this stroller won't actually make you jump higher, but if you've been working out with a sub-par stroller for 2 years, it probably will help you run faster. I'm a FIT4MOM instructor and was stalking amazon daily for the release of this stroller. I was a little worried it wouldn't live up to my lofty expectations, but happily, I was wrong. This stroller is truly a dream to walk, jog and run with. I'm petite and I love that I can adjust the handlebar to the perfect height so my wrists stay in a neutral position. The front wheel can swivel or be locked into place, which is a must-have feature if you're going to do any serious running with it. My son is rapidly approaching 3 but really, really loves this stroller and is happy to get in it. I'm guessing the padded seat is much more comfortable than our previous (non-BOB) stroller. The 5-point harness keeps him secure so I can work out knowing that he's safe and contained. The extra-large sunshade is great protection from all of the elements, plus turns the stroller into a cozy cocoon for napping. The cargo basket comfortably fits all of my gear when I'm working out. The handlebar console, instruction manual, SPRI bands, and free week of Stroller Strides classes are a nice bonus whether you want to work out on your own or are planning on joining Stroller Strides. All in all, super happy with this stroller and glad my kid loves it, too (because that means more time to work out for me!).

MISSING PART
I really love Bob strollers, but this one came with a missing part. The clasp in the front was missing one piece. I bought this as a gift. My daughter just started using it and realized it was missing. Nobody has been able to assist with the issue. IT is upsetting to pay so much for a quality product and it come with a missing part .

Worth every penny.
Obsessed. Worth every penny. Moves great, perfect on runs, daughter finds it roomy and comfortable and it grows with them in age.

Spend the money, its worth it! You will only need to buy ONE stroller!
Our second BOB. It's an amazing stroller! Smooth ride, good storage and fits in my tiny, mini van trunk!

Sleek Appearance = No snack tray / tire pump
BOB has some very nice features along with some difficulties. The aired tires are a plus which deliveries a more comfortable and cushioned ride for both the adult and baby. And one might think at this price point that there would be a tire pump included, but not so. This is an accessory you'll want to buy to not be stranded (tires 30 lb pressure - not inflated in box) The focus for us is to easily take our granddaughter with us on state park trails which this proved excellent at navigating. Awesome for that niche. > On smooth surfaces BOB rolls so well that if not careful it could get away from you. Thus the hand strap for continual secure hold, and particularly jogging / exercising. Plus the foot brake when parking or folding. It's a noticeable issue that the 'foot brake' is not easily usable by a foot, but need to bend down and lock by hand. > Some areas aren't as easy to adjust as could be = and should be for this price point. The sitting / laying latch is very difficult, so much so that when baby falls asleep sitting up it's hard to move latch to lay her back without waking. And when baby is laying back (2 1/2 yrs. / 24 lb) her head rubs against the clear window which causes static in her hair. > WEIGHT = Don't be fooled by the Utube video that shows a woman easily picking this up with one hand and effortlessly placing in trunk. She's in exceptionally good shape, or lifts weights! The stroller weights 20 lb without wheels (approx a 24 can case of 12 oz cokes) plus 7 more lb with 3 wheels.= 27 lb. Stroller = tip to tip 52" long = 2ft wide. THE DETAILS= This stripped down version is utilitarian - not luxury. (Other then air tires) which is why 3 stars. > Doesn't include a snack tray = Amazon prime $22.50. (that's a whole other issue = reviews say 'block baby's view / not enough usable space / etc) BOB Single Snack Tray, Black > The adult cup holder is 3" dia / 6" deep for a standard bottle of water. 'Fancy' water / larger container's won't fit. > Nice size pocket (10" L - 4" W - 5" D) beside water pocket for $ / ipod / cell / etc. > Adjustable handle = can be as tall as 48" / as low as 34". (keep soft bend in arms for comfort fit) > Storage area underneath holds a lot. > Comes with light & med exercise (tubing) bands, but most exercises seems kinda stupid & can be done with any stroller. > Brake hast to be off to install rear wheels = then simply drop in place. to remove pull back tabs & wheels easily slip off. > Front wheel axle must have one nut moved = then pull axle out = center wheel between fork, insert axle and turn locking handle snug / lock shut. > To fold = lock parking brake, squeeze both handlebar release and push handle towards seat, (handlebar can't be fully down or handlebar release can't be pushed) then jerk hard on red frame release strap to collapse frame. Last - close buckle to hold frame together 75Lb max including all luggage / items. > Body = polyurethane foam pad = 76% olefin foam pad 24% polyester fiber batting = 100% Fabric seems nice and fairly breathable = but rain drops will puddle to be wiped off.

Really great updates!!
We have the 2014 BOB Strides Stroller, and we thought it was a wonderful stroller. With a new baby on the way, we thought we would try out the newer version. It is very much the same as the 2014 stroller, but with a few major improvements! 1. You can now get the stroller in a color other than red. I really like the blue they have used. It's a royal blue. 2. The undercarriage compartment is much easier to access. The back of the compartment on the older version came up higher, and made it difficult to get things in an out. The 2016 version has a lower backside so that items are more easily accessible. 3. The handlebar adjustment is amazing! The 2014 stroller included a set handlebar, but this one can be adjusted to any comfortable height. It is very easy to adjust by pressing the large gray buttons on the inside of the handlebar. 4. The stroller back is adjustable so that your child can lay flat or sit up straight. This has always been a feature on this stroller. However, in past years, this adjustment was a pain because it involved tightening and loosening various buckle straps. This new stroller has an easy adjustment lever - you pull two red rings on the back to sit the back up and you can lay the back flat by clicking (and pulling) the gray button on the same piece with your thumb. I've included pictures of the button for reference. My husband was trying to assemble it and could not find the instruction manual. After assembly, we found it located in the back pocket of the stroller. It's not a hard assembly - you just have to put the wheels on. The back wheels click into the holes (shown in picture) and the front wheel is attached using a nut located inside a black plastic piece (also shown in picture). As always, the jogging stroller is large, even when folded. But, if you want a good stroller, you can't go wrong with a BOB. For infants, there is an adapter for the type of car seat you will be using, and it snaps in easily onto the front of the stroller.

BOB nailed it
We've been using this stroller with our 4-month old for a few weeks now and I'm not sure how the thing could be any better. Key features for us are that it's whisper quite (nearly zero rolling resistance), on-the-fly adjustable handlebar (wife is much shorter than me, so perfect), rear shocks, massive rear wheels that crush trail terrain, quick reclining seat, peekaboo screen for the little one, great rear wheel lockout, and very complete overhanging awning with several adjustable points. Takes us ~1 minute to toss in our on-the-go changing pad, a couple diapers, wipes, extra onesie, burp cloth, and bottle and we're good for miles. When all is said and done the BOB is back in the trunk in 15 seconds once emptied. If there is to be one downside it is that it is quite cumbersome when collapsed. Overall, this thing is a well oiled machine and I recommend it to all my parent's-to-be. Even if you aren't a runner, it can't get any easier to push a stroller. We might buy another just to have a backup...100% dad, engineer, and runner approved.

Highly recommended!
Quick and easy assembly. Very stylish. Folds and unfolds easily and stores easily in the back of any car. runs very nicely. LOVE the shock absorbers. (Not many strollers have shocks!) Five-point constraints are very secure - no worries over wiggly babies getting out, and they're well placed for comfort as well. Quite compact front-wheel-to-back-handle -- much shorter than most jogging strollers. The canopy can be just a normal hood that baby can see out of in open air, or can completely extend forward and over the front so no rain or sniffing dogs or wind or unwanted light interfere with baby's comfort. There is a plastic window to see through the top to check on baby. The adjustable handle has so many positions I have to rack my brain to wonder what in the world they could all be for. There is a cup holder and storage area at hand level, and a larger under-seat basket for additional storage. There are patches of reflective material strategically placed to make sure you're seen by passing vehicles. Wheels turn very easily, and it's like there's no weight to push at all. When lifting, it's very lightweight as well - no problem for my petite daughter-in-law to lift, fold and stow. The material is sturdy and easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth. This is an EXCELLENT upgrade from the many jogging strollers we owned when our own children were young. Highly recommended!!
