Strong enough to grind up nuts for homemade nut butters?

I haven't actually made a nut butter with it, but I wouldn't hesitate to try it. I really like this processor.

Has anyone tried using this like a Vitamix to create a drinkable tonic of hard vegetables?

I have used this to make smoothies with cut up fruits and veggies. I use it for making hummus and chopping & shredding. Very good product, mine is used almost every day, highly recommend.

Can you make dough in this food processor? Thanks!

I haven't tried it yet. I hope so, I will try it sometime, as long as the dough is not too heavy,as it might stop turning, just not sure.
