It remains intact when used as mouth tape and does not lift off if I turn when sleeping Will definitely buy again Just place it lightly over the mouth area so it is easy to remove in the morning

My physiotherapist was impressed with it
It lasts through the showers and sweat. If you round the tape edges before you stick them you minimise fraying and it lasts longer. Helps with my back problems as I'm using it as my therapist instructed me.

Supporting every stroke
Supportive but tends to lose adhesion faster when wet, and feels a bit stiffer on the skin specially when paddling for long distances it becomes more loose.

Very low quality. DO NOT BUY!
Tape does not even stick. Very low quality. Since I opened the box i am using it for different purposes. REALLY disappointed!

I bought this tape to strap my knee up whilst shooting in Archery competitions; following one of many strapping techniques i found online it did the job for the competition but didn;t last past 24hrs. Having had Kinesio tape applied by my Chiropractor that lasted for 5 days i found this very disappointing. I cleaned the area first and rubbed the tape to ensure good adhesion but it just kept peeling off even though i made sure not to apply the ends under tension. Overall i rated this product as Okay because it did do the job for the time period i required it for; once this roll is used up though i'm going to try the brand my Chiropractor has since recommended.
