I needed to add an extender onto the dryer vent which made it difficult for the rubber piece to fit so I did not use it and it took time to get the two to click together but I do like how it is one piece to fit and it certainly looks better than all the aluminum tape to connect and secure all my connections

Used these with the 8’ hose by same company and was able to quickly make a solid connection to both dryer and an awkwardly located wall vent with no problems whatsoever. Mangled the previous cheap hose and metal extenders while trying to make a fit. Very frustrating. This item comes in three parts: a collar with clips that slides onto a 4” hose, a rubber gasket for either the wall vent or dryer exhaust, and a second collar that clicks right onto the hose collar and locks the hose into place. Just work that unit onto the gasket and you have a nice tight fit. Bought two: one for each end of hose — wall vent and dryer vent connections. Was done in three minutes and didn’t change out of my work clothes. Zero duct tape. Simple, excellent solution to a frustrating problem.

I used the straight connector to attach a flexible duct to the dryer. I faced a couple of issues - the included plastic washer or sleeve that goes on the dryer was too small and could not go over the dryer pipe. I had to soften it up in hot water and stretch it to fit . Other issue was even with the washer the connection to the dryer was not perfect. It was seated unstable, as theere are no notches for the washer to fall into. I ended up using some aluminum tape on the dryer-side part to keep it from falling out. The part that holds the duct in place seemed a bit snug and the duct took a bit of coaxing to fit. But that's ok, better snug than loose. Overall an ok concept but took some tweaking. Hence 4 stars

This one part of connecting a new dryer vent hose. You will need a second part to complete the connection. This one I used to connect the hose to the vent going outside. It only takes a moment to connect to the hose and slide on the outside fitting. It has been holding well the past couple of weeks. Way easier than the old clamp style.

Pro: Well constructed. Quality USA! Solves dryer hose connection to outside vented pipe. Cons: Easy to pull off the gasket. Difficult to snap onto high grade aluminum dryer hose. Requires aluminum foil dryer tape to ensure fittings and hose assembly stay on the exhaust pipe. In short, not as easy as instructions imply, but it is the only solution that I found and it did solve my problem connection. Yes, I would buy again

This product is just what I was looking for to connect my hard to reach dryer vent. Yes it does snap together a bit hard on the vent pipe but I know it will stay in place! The institutions could be a clearer concerning the way the clear seal ring goes onto the dryer pipe. It made the finial connection simple.

I generally don't leave negative reviews, but in this case it is needed. This is a great idea, but simply does not work, at least for me. I am not a novice at this stuff. As others have said, it will only fit in certain perfect situations. I got it on with the gasket, but it is not a secure connection and will fall off. If you have to use aluminum duct tape, what's the point, might as well use it on the hose itself. I had better luck with the straight connector, the elbow connector requires you to wedge it against the wall to keep it in place.

This is so cool and a great way to install and make sure that your connection from your dyer to the vent tube is flawless. I don't understand why would people if this negative reviews but this saved me so much time and it's so easy to install. I've had it for 2 weeks now and it's still performing like they created it too. Great job on this product!
